My CONVICTIONS!!!!

I had a job interview yesterday that I knew I would get. Experience "check" Appearance "check" Reference's "check". So why didn't I get the job? I'll tell you why, my driving record. Now mind you I wasn't applying for a job that required me to drive. I found it funny that my CRIMINAL background was overlooked for my driving background. And people wonder why there is so much crime in america. Ya'll motherfucker's won't give a BROTHA a break. If it ain't 1 thing it's anotha. I mean come on i'm doing everything the right way and still no breaks. I haven't been in trouble with the law in 17 years yet it's still a problem. That's why it's so many drug dealer's, bank robber's and repeat offender's in society. An opportunity is all that I ask to prove my worth. I need to LIVE like everyone else, I need to EAT like evryone else, I have BILLS like everyone else. I'm sure some of these top exec's have criminal histories, I know they smoke weed, snort coke, shoot heroine, etc..... How about judging a person by their character not there convictions. "EVERY SAINT HAS A PAST, EVERY SINNER HAS A FUTURE" let my have my FUTURE and stop driving me back into the past.
